Our Artists

Tim W. Weberding, Jr., Owner
Tim grew up in a woodworking family, making him a third generation woodworker, and got his start in the family business at his grandpa’s carving shop in southeastern Indiana…sweeping floors and mowing grass. But after he put his “time” in, he graduated to larger projects. Following high school, Tim went to Purdue University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Graphics.  Tim's responsibilities range from daily operations to the designer and master craftsman of Tim Weberding Woodworking.

Jill M. (Pulskamp) Weberding, Owner
Jill and Tim grew up together in the same small southeastern town, Batesville, Indiana.  Like Tim, Jill learned at an early age the value of hard work and a strong work ethic from her father's family business.  Following high school, she pursued and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  Since graduating, Jill has worked as an oncology nurse in hospitals and in outpatient Cancer Centers.  Her responsibilities in the business include original writings found on various items, daily operations, and "apprenticing" under Tim to assist with production.

Tim A. Weberding, Sr., Artist & Consultant
Tim is a native of a small-town in southeastern Indiana, Batesville, where he and his family currently reside.  He is a second-generation woodcarver, learning from his father Bill Weberding, Sr. He has been sketching and carving since a very young age. His amazing works can be found in churches across the nation. Other pieces of his work include hand-carved wooden briefcases made for former Presidents of the United States and professional athletes, life-size Cigar-Store Indians, a six foot carving of a panther in full-relief, hand-carved original molds for display signs in a national grocer-chain, as well as countless religious carvings and statue refurbishing.  He and his brothers now co-own the family business, Weberding's Carving Shop, in Batesville, Indiana.  His exquisite drawings can be found on many of our items.  With his years of experience in business and woodworking, Tim serves as a master craftsman and an invaluable consultant to Tim Weberding Woodworking.
